air enters engine bay from where on the truck?

Hi everyone.

Just bought my first full sized truck and went Ford without thinkin. It kicks ***.

My question. I was performing the Gotts mod that I saw on here and when I pulled out the piece that attaches to the fender I found A LOT of old leaves in there blocking air flow so.... Where is the other end of this thing at on the truck?

Apparently whoever had it before me had some leaves around them and I want to make sure there isn't anymore in the airs path.

It is an 07 F-150 Lariat with the 5.4

Thanks.

it comes from inside the fender wall. Check from your tire wheel well and make sure the fender is still completely in place. It may have a snap push pin that is missing or a hole cut in it somewhere allowing material to get between the fender panels.
