Get the Motorcraft SP515's, and use the correct antiseize correctly.

^^^ Good time to start thinking of replacement anyway. Ford specs 60K, but gap growth is rearing it's head around there.

I've found that, if you R&R every 30K or so, it almost does not matter what you use

I have had the E3 plugs in my truck for about 4k so far and have not had any problems. i run E3 in all my vehicles, harleys, equipment as well as any side jobs i do. have not had one complaint.

You are lucky. I think you are the first to report no problems in Ford engine.

I guess i'll be number 2, I put in the e-3's at 80,000 now have 105,000 no problems and yes the e-3 is a one piece plug. this is in an 06 5.4 4x4 Lariat
