Cylinder Head in an engine 5.4L 4V that before was of 3V?

I have the opportunity to buy a pair of cylinder head that come from an expedition 5.4L engine, 4V, my question is: In purchasing, I have to modify the electronic throttle system and computer? . Will be worth the increased power and torque considering the costs and modifications to run. I'm not convinced installing a supercharger to increase power and torque on my FX4, engine 5.4 L and 3V, so that, maybe cylinder head, intake manifold racing, cams, etc could get about 120 -140 hp. What think you, what would be the path to greater profits.

Expeditions never came with the 4V engine - only Lincoln Navigators and Blackwoods.

I don't think I've heard of anyone who has tried to put 4V heads on the 3V engine.
