What Is The Difference Between These Two Models? Please Help!

Hi, I've been looking for an F150 for quite some time and I finally found the exact model , color and everything I wanted, but the guy ended up selling the truck already. But I Came across alot of F150's, but they look different to me. So I was wondering if you guys could tell me what's different about the exterior of these two trucks.

Apart from the wheels , tires , running boards , leveling kit

but if I were to add the same wheels , tires , running boards and leveling kit would it look the exact same as the 4wd one? I wasn't sure cause the exterior just looks different on each one to me for some reason. The reason I'm not just waiting for a 4wd is cause I've been looking for months now and I've yet to find one that I Like or they are usually out of my price range

Heres The Link To The one I Wanted that was sold

Heres the one I was interested in, to see if I could make it look like the one above ^^

So basically I'm just asking what's the difference with the exterior between the 2wd's and the 4wd's? Are the 4wd's bigger?

Bodywise, there's basically no difference.

A 4wd sits 2" higher from the factory than a 2WD. The 4WD has longer struts in the front and lift blocks between the axle and leaf springs in the rear.

Other than that there's no difference other than a 2WD not having a transfercase, front drive shaft, and front Differential.
