OK so NOW I got a good one....2006 screw

After that horrible experience I had with the purchase I made a couple weeks ago I lucked out last week and got this one. Its a 2006 XLT with 55,000 miles, I bought it off the original owner who got the car off the ford dealer with 25 miles on it. This model seems to be some special package he got because it came with everything in chrome. Chrome wheels, chrome muffler tip, chrome running boards...

As soon as I saw the truck in person I knew I wanted it..it had everything I wanted and neede.. i.e Center console to store things, BLACK, and dark colored interior, and fogs.

I very happy with my purchase and the price I got it for especially after dealing with that dealer and vehicle.

MODS...
Well the truck already came with a bedcap which I might end up selling ( I want a roll n lock)
Also came with a clifford alarm.
Billet grill which also was installed by owner and didnt keep the stock one.!!

Added..
Already added some weathertech floor mats.
Bed Extender I snatched off the Lariat before I turned it in.
Interior Led lights in dome/map
Exterior LED in the license plate. ( thanks to Carolinaboy and DarrenW for answering all my questions)
And redid the tints ..

Already ordered and on the way..

HID's for heads and fogs... Sorry Raptor but retro's are too damn expensive for lights.

Pioneer 10" Shallow Sub TS-SW2501S4
Supercrew Sound 10" Single Sub box in black
Waiting to purchase Pioneer 4300 series TV
and researching on what amp to get..

In the near future...
I will be taking off the chrome door covers
Hopefully find a stock grill to trade or get a good deal on a Harley grill or saleen.
Going to black out my headlights

Enough of writting here it is... Pics are from my evo

Nice truck, too bad about ruining it with cheap plug'n'play HID's. That aside, it looks like it's been well taken care of. Congrats!

Looks good! I'd change the grille for sure. Is that a tear in the side of the drivers seat?

I'm sure the people you will be blinding with your HID's in the factory housings will appreciate you being cheap.

The XLT seats leave a lot to be desired. I just recovered mine.

Congrats on the new ride, it sure is a pretty one.
Ignore the negative comments. Their just jealous !
It is a shame that mtylerb and SoonerTruck can't look past their assinine arrogance and be happy for you instead of being insulting .
If they don't like your choice HID's, let them put some money where their big mouths are so you can buy something they would approve of.

PS. I like the grill !

Am sure they will.. appreciate the comment. You not located near my city so wouldnt worry about it. Not too worried bout glare issues 4 out 5 cars in Miami have HIDs installed.

Yea it is very well taken care of..was instantly in 'love' lol... it wasnt his daily more like the family vehicle so everything was in very good shape.. When I do the minor dings and scratches ima give a very intense detail to really bring out the quality.

Am definately hooked to the truck now.... Slowly but surely ill get where I want it to be.

THANKS FOR ALL THE POSITIVE COMMENTS..IVE been lurking, reading, and asking about all type of things and everyone is very helpful... This forum is great

Yeah, I have to agree with the majority, sweet truck!!!

I am not a big fun of Chrome and mine has the Chrome bumpers, so I'm about to have them painted to match.

Have to agree with you, the Retro Fits are really nice but pricey, for the more fortunate ones, more kudo's to them, I'm going to go the cheap route too and just put HID's and call it a day. But possibly by winter, I might consider it since I'll have recouped from the financial dent the body work is going to put on my bank.
