right now im running stock(ford) pads and the dust is ridiculous. i seen that a few people have went with ebay drilled/slotted rotors and ceramics and have no complaints. I researched for a couple hours now and still clueless on what to do. clueless as towards if i should keep stock rotors,go slotted or not, etc...

I have had Kleen Wheels on my stock Lariat wheels for about 6 months now. I wish I could still see the rotors and pads but the trade off is too good. I have not had to clean my front rims by hand in 6 months. I run it through the car was once a month and that takes care of any road grime.
