Trans fault

Hey ya'll my trans fault code popped up a few weeks ago, it had me worried, i had the Trans Range Sensor replace and still nothing. Turns out there is alot of slack in the wiring harness which causes the wires to rub and short. A buddy of mine is a ford mechanic he said in the 2004s this happens alot, first think i noticed was NO 4L, its all in the same harness and in 5 minutes i had it all back...if anyone else has had this issue look into it before dropping a boat load on a new tranny

There really is nothing to take a pic of, looking under the hood towards the windshield, the plug furthest to the right is the one that had the extra slack in. by pulling the slack out it lifted the harness and stopped the shortin out. basically that was it
