Yeah I dont agree really with a Saleen street truck kit on a lifted FX4.

Your truck is sharp, and seriously noticing the frame rails is only because your putting or bringing attention to them by looking and focusing on them. They are not bad at all on these trucks, you cant even see the frame hardly when not body lifted. Not a big deal at all.

Just get some stock side steps and it will really appear stock, get gap guards to finish it off.

Only truck Ive really been against is a 3bl on 88-98 k1500 chevys bc the frame is extremely visable unless lifted 6-8 inches of suspension as well.

Now I think these guys are on the right track. Stick some nerf bars / step bars on it, put some gap guards in and call it good...

I had the gap guards installed the same time as the lift and I got some Garage Pro Steps they are really sweet & they are wide enough to be able to use them to get into the front or rear seat with only one step. I really dont like the look of nerf bars or running boards on lifted trucks, thats why I went with some steps.

I would actually like to see how it looks on a lifted truck. Just because the rockers are made for a street truck doesn't mean it won't look good on a lifted truck. Maybe someone with some photoshop skills can hook us up.

how would that even work. the exhaust attaches to the frame, the side skirts and tips attach to the body......the body is now 3" higher. youd have to modify the kit just to make it work.

my vote is for the nerf bars. i never liked them before but on our trucks i think they look good. give it a chance, might grow on you. my side steps hide my BL pretty well IMO
