Snow Storm Towing
Snow Storm Towing
Just saw an '04-'08 supercrew pulling a trailer with an '04-'08 supercrew on it with a snow mobile in the bed of that. It was in the ditch on the highway facing the wrong way during a snow storm of 8"-14". That seems like a lot of weight to tow, expecially in a snow storm.
so he was towing 10K give or take including the trailer.
The trailer is going to go where the truck goes, until there is loss of traction and then the trailer can pull the truck anywhere it wants to go. If the trailer slides, it's going to try to take the truck along.
IMHO it would take constant tweaking of the brake controller for me to even think about it. If the trailer brakes are the slightest bit out of where they should be it can get ugly fast.

When I joined I was in Iowa but been up here in Maple Grove for almost 4 years... Most issues I see up here are ladies driving bigger SUVs with awd spinning out.

ohwell haha i bet he crapped his pants
My thought is he was pushing his truck to the limit or beyond in conditions where I was driving 30-40mph in 4HI without any load. If he absolutly had to haul another truck in that crap he should have been driving 20-30mph.
