Magnaflow muffler for a 4.6

What's yall's opinion on the magnaflow mufflers? I'm considering putting a muffler back on my truck because I'll be doing a lot more interstate traveling. Also, what's the difference in the oval and round mufflers? Lastly, what's the difference between a magnapack vs a regular magnaflow muffler? Thanks!

This probably need to be moved to the Exhaust and Intakes area.
Maybe use the Search Function?

But anyways,
Magnaflow makes a GREAT muffler! If your planning to go with one, I would defiantly go with a Magnapack 14" Round.
If you want to run duals, I would just put a Y pipe in afterwards and run them however you want.( Out the rear, 45's, 90's)

Thanks guys for the input! I've been looking at that muffler. Do you know if it drones at all or is it pretty quiet on the inside? Thanks!

I had a 14" oval maggie on my old '05 4.6L, it sounded great. It has a bit of drone around 2500 rpm when cruising at highway speed, but I found that it went away after a few months. I had the stock one taken out and just replaced, i think it ran me around $150 before I put a decent tip on the exhaust.
