Bilstein Settings

How much actual lift does the Bilstein's give you on each setting? I guess my searching skills suck cause I cant find any info.

I got 2.25" on the front on the highest setting

i just put on the 5100 for leveling purposes and it has a stock setting, 1" setting and a 2" setting i went with the 2" setting and its only off a 1/2 of an inch from the back so its pretty much dead level
