How much are stock 2007 20" lariat wheels worth? They are in perfect condition and have stock type BFGOODRICH tires with probably 10000 miles left on them,

If you want them really bad I wouldn't pay over 600 for them.

 

All depends on whether or not you want to actually "sell" them or just have them sitting around "for sale".
If the tires only have around 10k left on them then the tires aren't worth anything (to me) since I would need to replace them in 6 months.
If they include center caps and lugnuts, $100 each picked up or $50 each if I have to pay shipping to get them, is all they would be worth to me if I was looking to buy them. Anymore then that and a person might just as well go buy a nice reasonably priced custom wheel of their choice that has a warranty on it.

 

I sold my stock 2007 FX4 18" wheels (no tires) for $200. They sat around "for sale" for ever at $250. This was with Ford tire pressure monitors installed, center caps and lugs.
