Still haven't taken any pictures...as you can see

Took the lid off my Volant CAI because the drone was unbearable once the tuner was installed. BUT OMG once I had the tuner installed it was a night and day difference. I have it on the Tow setting (PHP recommends to keep it on that setting because the truck could run lean with a CAI) The truck is much more responsive and accelerates much more smoothly I couldn't be happier. I can't wait to receive my customs tunes from go power hungry now!

Sooooo, now that I have my tuner and soon to have custom tunes - next on my "list" is an alarm/remote start. There is a local shop that could do it for me for about 500 so I'll look into that

PHP only recommends level 2 with the monochrome Gryphon not the cs or cts, while running a Cai....

Reason...the monochrome Gryphon canned tunes are tweeked by Bill....the cs and cts don't have Bill's tweeked canned tunes, they're edge canned tunes...

You can get by for the meantime on level 2 BUT NO ROMPING OR STOMPING IT....NO WOTs either....

Oh I gotcha - so would it just be best to flash it back to stock/level 1 until I get the custom tunes then? I apologize for being green, what are "WOTs"?

Like I stated before.....you can leave it at level 2 but don't romp or stomp it.....

It would be best overall to have the stock intake on with the canned edge tunes....

You can run it on level one but that still isn't going to avoid any lean issues that occur with a Cai....

Cool, thanks again for tips. Fortunately I won't need to drive it too much so it shouldn't be an issue. Just makes the suspense and anticipation for the custom tunes increase :o
