Yeah, I can't decide if I want to take it to a local shop or to a Ford stealership.. Any idea's? I may take it to the place I got my lift/wheels/tires and get them to do oil change, fuel filter change and check all the coolants and fluids, etc.

I would go with whoever you trust and have the most experience with. If your just doing fluid changes and fuel filter it shouldn't be a big deal. If your doing things like plugs I would research whoever your going to take it to first.
