2004 Ford F150 Radio /Brake problem

I'm new to this site I have a 2004 ford f150 every time i push the brake pedal the radio gets louder. When I release the brake pedal the radio goes so low you can barely here it. The brake warning light is on. Any suggestions would be great.

sounds like you might have a short in the electrical system somewhere... probably on the brake light wiring

It's not the heritage model. It's the newer body style. The weird thing is this past morning when I first started the truck everything was fine no problem with the radio, but after about 15 minutes goes by it starts to do it. It's like when the truck heats up it starts doing it.

Have you tried testing this problem with the key on but the engine off?

Just throwing this out there, but check the speedvol on the radio is OFF. Go through the menu on the radio and turn it off if you have it equipped

Check to see if your doorsils are wet or your fuse box. My fusebox got wet from a leaking windshield and my radio would do the same thing when the brake or turnsignal was applied

I tried the speed volume, didn't fix it. I checked the door sills the other day, I didn't see any water. The fuse box doesn't feel wet. Could it be something to do with the brake pedal since every time I push the pedal it makes the radio go louder. Is there anything under the dash that I could look for.
