Oil drain plug slightly stripped - How to repair?
fivespeed - I have the Fumoto valve. It is the version with the protruding nipple to slip on a piece of hose to drain right into a waste container. It's never caught on anything. The outlet on the oil pan is on the aft side and is pretty much horizontal. You really don't have anything to worry about.

the only bad thing about it is that it hangs lower, but i havent spotted it out yet its probably tucked up there prett well. i just know with my luck id run over a branch and rip a hole in my oil pan
X3. I've had the QwikValve on my truck for probably 4-5 years now. Also had one on my previous truck too. No issues what's so ever with it. I love it!
Pics for you guys
Far be it from me to rekindle yet another oil change thread (let sleeping dogs lie etc), but here are some shots that show the Fumoto valve and how it fits in with the 5.4 underbelly and how it is protected from off roading etc blah blah blah that someone was worried about. It is safely nestled and will not get hurt.
BTW, the valve just happens to be installed pointing up, just happened that way as it tightened at that point, it can be sideways etc and still work fine.
