My Purchasing Dilemma

Alright, well here it is. I'm going back and forth on this. I have saved up enough money to do something else to my truck. I'm pretty much done doing what I want. I will be transferring from my community college to a university, and at that point I imagine most mods will stop with my truck other than some piddly mods like building a set of steps and stuff like this.

I guess just looking for some other opinions.

Mod #1:
10" Sub
Under seat Sub Box
Amp
Accessories

Right now all I have is an aftermarket head unit and some upgraded door speakers. They do the job pretty well and produce bass about as well as you could expect a door speaker too. I'm fairly content with them, while at some times I wish they had a little more umph, I'm not constantly wishing this. I just think it would be nice to have a subtle amount of bass in the back seat.

Mod #2:

Magnaflow Magnapacks x2
X-Pipe Cross Over
Exhaust Tips x2

Right now I'm running a Flowmaster 40 Si/Do. I'm pretty content with it also, but wishing i had a deeper growl. I also have straight back tips under my bumper which are starting to have dis-coloration, and I would like to have the tips hidden behind bumper. Again, nothing I just really need, but would be nice to have.

Example:

Credits to KR-Texas for truck shot

So, what would you do? If you think you would have a better mod then lay it on me. Only really wanting to dump $300 into it. I have hook-ups with exhaust and audio so I can get it done for that price.

Here are some pics of my truck, with some ice and snow on it:

Side Note: I do have a new grille and window tint waiting for warmer weather.

mod 1 for sure. I just added a 12 for bass. I love it even with my stock speakers.

Mod #2. I went from a 40 series SIDO to Dual Magnapacks. Absolutely worth it. Spring for SS tubing though.

Kinda what I been thinking. I think these are the two last big things I want to do. Plus maybe building my own steps, but that won't hit the bank like these will.

I'm very split right now. I don't know. Part of me feels the sub deal is a waist of money. I just think it would be nice, but I'm not sure I really just need it. I could probably tune my door speakers a little better through my head unit and be just as content with it.

Mod 1, if you like music and already did the rest of the system the sub will make it so much better.

All I have done was an aftermarket head unit and two new front door speakers. As I said I'm pretty much content with it right now, wouldn't mind a nicer system but don't think I'm just really feeling the need.

There is no need for subs, unless you like "thumping" around town irritating people.
