Saleen Door insert ??

Has anyone replaced their door trim with the Saleen silver colored ones ?? Just curious as to how to go on. If im not mistaken, the stock wood looking ones have melted tabs holding it in place.

I picked these up but have yet to put them on. The tabs around the outside are to hold them in place and the factory ones are melted, idk why. Anyway there are clips in the middle that snap in place and attach them to the door. The factory ones should have these as well and they shouldn't be melted.

I will take some pics once I do the install but it's been too cold to get anything done.
