that hurt a little.

well i just got done with a little spending kick. two new center caps at around $35 a pop, factory fender flares like $150, and two piaa light covers for $15 a piece.

just a little dent in the wallet but all these should make the truck look much better. i still need to lift the rear more though.

i figure i have two options, add-a-leaf or airbags. i don't want to get a bigger block. im actually leaning towards air bags too but haven't decided on a brand yet. any suggestions?

next thing. when my new center caps come im goin to repaint one of my old ones the same color as the truck to see what it looks like, i think it might look cool.

make sure the airbags will fit man, i have the air lift ones on mine and love them. But if you have a new leaf pack or anything it won't fit.

also how much were your piaa lights? i was going to get some i think

they should fit, right now i have the factory springs in the rear with the fabtech block and some shorter shackles. the piaa's i got were pretty expensive. i think they ran me around $290 a set a year ago but mine are the dual beam kind. so they have a high white driving light and a low yellow fog light beam in each one. normal piaa 520 series are about half that or less i believe.

edit: do you have the airlift ride control kit? i saw the load lifter 5000 kit too but it doesn't have our model listed under it. also the price isn't bad at all for the ride control kit.

My experiences with air bags is they don't lift so much as they really firm the ride up and with 30 psi or more, like rock hard unless you have a load. They do a lot to prevent sagging without lifting it a lot.
