Yeah I'm lost too

The cams sound like a good mod. These engine mods I have been taking mental notes on. Sleep status someday

A cam is not going to change your cruise rpm. If you were seeing 2,500 rpm with 3.55s and a 30.5" tire, your torque converter wasn't locked up.

Truck sounds mean man. Do aftermatket cams by chance rid the 04 and 05 3vs of the can phaser noise? Doesn't seem anymore expensive and you get something more out of it.

No it doesn't rid the cam phaser noise. I have heard before switching to a synthetic oil supposedly helps the noise I just bought Amsoil oil and filter so I'll let you know if the oil switch helps with the phased noise.

If your gonna fix the phasers might as well do the cams at the same time. I've heard of people putting new ones in and they start making noise also im not worried about the noise.
