need assistance from all.... to have or not to have?

k so yesterday i was off work and i have been thinking about things to change up my truck... its about that time i guess even though i don't have money atm... so i went out there and took off the grill guard to see if i liked the more clean look of the front end.... so now my question is, what do you guys think? i am kinda torn i like certain things about it but not other things about it... i thought about possible a bull bar but idk for sure.... so here are the before and after pics let me know what you guys think...
BEFORE

AFTER

also what i was thinking if i was gonna but the grill guard back on i was gonna get it re-powder coated cause it is getting pretty bad, so if anybody has got there done about how much did it cost?
thanks guys...

That was a lot of grille guard, it hides the chrome you have. You have a good looking truck without it.

I don't mind a grille guard like that for utility uses, but I wouldn't put it on my truck if you gave it to me. Just never took a liking to them.

Not feeling that grille guard at all.. It's too bulky and blocks the lines of the truck, surround etc. Looks so much better without it.

Sell it and go with a light bar or bull bar instead..

I vote for it but I am biased as I also have one. It gives my truck and yours a meaner look. Besides I like the added protection. I tend to want one after the vehicle in front of me ran over a tire carcus and kicked it up and it went through my grill on a different vehicle I once had.
