What should I do? :help:
Ok, so last week I found an ad on Craigslist.org for a set of 2010 F150 power mirrors with turn signals and they are heated. I thought the price was fair and I called the guy and ended up buying them. So tonight I go and install them, now granted they look great on my 05' but for me to get them to work the way they are ment to, its going to take some work that I have no clue of how to do.
I have read some of the other postes and have read how some people have done this but from what Ive read it was pretty much plug and play.
Any help would be great, Thanks

It was my understanding that ford changed the wiring in 07, the plugs stayed the same they just moved some wires around. Just depin the correct wires and move them to the new locations. Here is the diagrams for both years of mirror harnesses to help you out

You do have heated mirrors on your truck now correct? If not then you will need to add the switch and relay for the mirror heat.
I would make the changes to the mirror side of the plug, that way if you decide to go back to 04-06 style mirrors you don't have to do this again. In other words, make the mirrors work with your truck, not your truck work with the new mirrors.

You could get 2 WPT-201 Pigtails for the mirror connectors (3U2Z-14S411-AJA).
These come with wires in each slot. Connect the correct wires from the existing wiring to the locations needed for the new mirrors and just cut off the extras from the pig tail.
To determine which wires you'll need to connect to is a different matter, consult a Haynes manual or a Dealer wiring diagram book.
