Missing and bucking... changed the plug boots

My '04 has been experiencing the classic missing and bucking at 50mph, around 1100 to 1500 rpm's. I thought coils. Then I read somewhere here to change the plug boots and springs. So I tried that today, with dielectric grease. So far, no missing or bucking. Maybe this will do the trick? Time will tell. The boots were pretty soft and there was some corrosion on some of the spring terminals. All completely void of any dielectric grease. I'm hoping this will take care of it.

My truck does the same thing now and them at low rpm. I'm about to do the same thing myself and hopefully cure it.
