I think I'd pay that for the truck you're looking at. I picked up my 06 with 60k for 17 and to ME it was a good deal. Others might think I overpaid and in the right area others might think I got a steal. I was willing to pay it and the truck was in great shape with very minor knicks and scratches here and there. After owning 7 brand new vehicles and 32 used ones over the last 16 years, I've come to realize I rarely "lose my ***" on a used one but I've never come out ahead on a new one now matter how good the deal was when I signed the papers.

Here was the deal. I looked at the truck. It was perfect. The original owner took wonderful care of it. He had it covered (the cover came with the truck) in his car port. The leather and interior were perfect. It has a sunroof, towing package, heated seats, 6 cd, changer, back up sensors, snug top bed cover, bra, 2 sets of mats, has the factory bed liner, never towed anything, the 30k mile work was done at the local dealer, new battery, new brakes, new tires, bug deflector, custom grill and I would be hard pressed to find anything that looked this good (again, it had 34,900 miles). Underneath the truck, it looked brand new. I paid 16K for it.

Three quick questions.
1) (It is not in the manual). Is the correct tire pressure 35psi as it says on the side of the door (18 inch wheels)
2) Is there a nice body side molding to prevent door dings?
3) Are there modifications I should make that will further improve the performance of the truck? (I will be towing a horse trailer once a week)

Again, thanks for your help!
