Monre Quick Struts

Hey has anyone heard or actually put these replacement front strut assemblies in a 2004-2008 F150? Im thinking my front shocks are getting bad and wouldnt mind just getting a whole new strut already assembled. I do have a leveling kit too, so not sure if that would affect anything with it... Any info or feedback on these would be appreciated. Thanks

I have monroe quick struts. While I put them on, I also put a 2.5" HBS leveling kit, very nice, if you don't want to mess around with compressing springs or any of that

well, i bought the truck used, so i can't comment on how much better than stock, but compared to how the struts were riding before i installed them, they are 100x better. I've put like 8 or 9K miles on them and they still ride the same. plus, installing them is pretty easy (for anyone with moderate mechanical ability). i think you unbolt 5 or 6 bolts (3 on the top of the strut, 1 big one on the bottom, 1 on the ball joint, maybe one on the tie-rod, and maybe one other, pop the ball joint, slide the old assembly out, pop the new one in and reverse. pretty simple.

Thanks...I think I will get them once I get some new tires. Yea I know how to swap them out...I have done my upper & lower ball joints and my CV axles. Im gonna do my tie rods too but want to wait on those until my tires are here, I have a bad shake in the front.
