In the past few days, I have had a noise coming from the A/C when it is turned up 3/4 speed or higher. The noise is similiar to that of a "playing card in a bicycle spoke". It is not tremendously loud, but it is noticeable and annoying. Has anyone experienced this? It happens both on A/C and A/C with recirculation on.

Try taking it apart and cleaning it. Mine use to do the same thing

There is a TSB on the accumulator motor for the blend door. Mine made a clicking noise while it was searching for the right temperature. There should be posts in this forum about the TSB so you can get the number.

 

x-3 on cleaning something rubbing on squirrel cage. i had that happen once it was a piece of dried dog food that worked its way down from the windshield defrost outlet drove me cray till i got it out.
