When my truck was stock (with stock tires) I got around 13-14 or so city and 21 highway. People hated driving with me on the highway though, No AC and no more than 65mph.

I average 17+mpg on 60/40 (hi-way/city) driving using Shell 87 (E10) gas and 20+mpg on hi-way with cruise at 70 mph.

A best of 21 mpg on hi-way using Conoco 87 100% gas.

I was getting around 15 MPG back when everything was completely stock and boring. Now I get around 17.5 during the summer, but I'm sure it's going to drop to around 16.5 when the winter blends are released.
