09 -10 outside handles same as 04 - 08???

09 -10 outside handles same as 04 - 08???

Titale says it all....

They look the same to me....

Thinking I can get a set of 09 painted handles for my 06

I would just go and get the ones that are made for your truck:

They're not cheap, but they sure beat having them painted by a body shop.

Yes the handles are the same. In fact the whole door skins are the same, so one could even swap the door cards if they so desired. Some trimming may have to be done in order to accommodate the dash, but size wise they'll fit!

that would be fantastic, if they sold 'true blue' painted ones...

Man those things are cheap!! To think I almost dropped 50 bucks for a set on ebay...

Thanks for the links...

Going to see if they have them with the key pad for the driver side3 and the tail gate handle too.

Those ones from PartsTrain look like a steal but I was curious if anyone knew the quality of these? I'm down to either buying some replacements or cowboying up and painting my own now

i ordered a set, so i'll let you guys know. for 8 bucks each plus shipping, its worth it. if they're garbage, they'll get returned.

that one is a 'textured' black handle, which would be the same as the stock handle. the one's i posted were smooth, meaning paintable.

Wow someone find out about the quality of these! If they had a smooth keypad one that would be great. Any ideas if the smooth black ones would need to be painted for a black truck or would they look ok?
