Truck not starting. Need help!!

I have an 05 F150 and Saturday I got a train horn installed. The installer pulled the truck around from the back of the store to the front. I paid and was about to leave and the truck wouldn't start. You turn the ignition on, the radio, lights, and everything else works, but when you go to start the truck it doesn't do anything. It doesn't click or act like it wants to start or anything. I also have an Edge programmer and usually when I turn the ignition on it reads the engine temp and transmission fluid temp, but it isn't reading anything. I don't know whats wrong. Ive tried every fuse I could think of and still nothing. Is it just coincidental that the truck isn't starting, or do you guys think they hit something when wiring the horn? Any help?
