What do you do for in-bed storage?

I have an Extang Trifecta tonneau on my Super Crew, and I'm currently looking for in bed storage options. I'm not looking to keep too much stuff back there - just a set of tools and some basics. I currently keep all this stuff in an underseat box, but that's quickly filling up.

I don't really want anything permanent, and of course I know I could go buy any $20 tool box from Home Depot and throw it in there, but I was wondering if anyone was doing anything creative, or something I hadn't thought about.

Post away!

I get this tool box, i tight it the other side of the bed extender, that way i have all the space in front of the extender for quick things, when i need the bed, i just move it to the side of the bed.

I have a black plastic box about like a foot locker that stays there and has flares and a lug wrench and a 2 ton small jack in it as well as some tie downs. Only f I need the whole bed do I remove it.

I have a larger one, got it at wallyworld on sale, made of reclaimed plastics I think, has a metal hing pin. I can stand on it, yet it's light. I generally leave it in the truck as it's easy to move, and when we take the truck on a trip, I use it to pack some things that aren't in suitcases.

I have an "Undercover" hard t-cover that locks.

Hmm, maybe I should just pick up some type of waterproof foot locker/tool box...
