Took truck in because when I went to change the oil I noticed that there was a fair amount of oil in between the trans and engine. I just got my truck back about three months ago from them having to rebuild the trans from a bad number 9 thrust bearing. I figured great the guy who put the trans back in screwed up the rear main when he re-assembled the truck. Well they have had my truck for a week and took the trans out and replaced the rear main, cleaned it up and checked for leaks. now it looks like the front engine cover is leaking and dripping down something that carries it to the back of the engine so it only looks like a rear main leak. Dang......trans out twice in 20,000 miles and the second time was for no reason.

Anyway, anyone ever have this front cover leak????????
