Is there a "Window Grease"? :-)
Honda makes a grease that works awesome for window tracks. The windows on my car were slow going up and down....I just smeared some grease in the tracks and it helped a bunch. I forget what it's called, but the parts guys at the Honda dealer will know what you're talking about.
My driver side just rolled up slow all together when i had problems. My passenger side would roll up quick to about the half way point then go slow for about 3 inches then speed back up. Spraying that lubricant down in the tracks cleared all the problems instantly for me.

Just spray it down into where the window goes down?
Wont hurt tint or anything?

****K I gave my last can away the other day because I never use the stuff, I had a whole case given to me about 5 months ago.
Mine only does this in the summer heat and other time it's fine. Course no more that I use my windows I think I can live with it. Then again pulling the speaker isn't so hard and I could probably just hit the track through there.
