truck threw 2 codes, should i worry

intake manifold runner control stuck open
intake manifold runner control stuck shut

are these codes anything to worry about?

What engine? If it's a V-6, if the IMRC is working properly you have a small vacuum leak. On mine it was the plenum gaskets and isolator bolts.

This is the answer to your next question. However, the 5.4 3V uses a CMCV (Charge Motion Control Valve) - same concept.

Um DUH. C'mon man give me some credit I have graduated high school!!! I understand that its an acronym. I was asking what it IS not what it means. From what I gather from google my 3V 5.4L has secondaries like an old carburetor?????
