That is a code you can get when there's a problem with the electronic throttle assembly.

To clean the throttle body, you remove it from the truck and use throttle body cleaner.

Thanks for the help guys, I pulled the throttle body (it was NASTY lol) and cleaned it. I bought the truck with 40K on it, don't think it has ever been cleaned. She is running better than she ever has.
