that sucks, must have been one hell of a ride for a couple seconds though

you're ok and glad you had insurance, so you'll be able to get another truck

but I'm disapointed not to see any pics of the jeep or the driver that hit you let me guess she walked away and wasn't arrested??

Glad to here you are just a little sore and that's it. My wife was t-boned a few years ago by a F150 but she was in a little Plymouth Breeze so she didn't fare so well. She finally healed up but it took several months. Stories like this make me glad to have my F-150...it's not my favorite truck but I feel safe in it

You can see the Jeep in one of the photos being loaded up on a flatbed in the background. Glad your ok. I see a new effy in your future. Oh I found this out through experience. Uninsured Motorist coverage, at least in California only works if you can prove the motorist that hit you doesn't have insurance. IE if they run and you cant prove it, your coverage doesn't apply. I would check with your company to see if that is the case.

If they run you need to run faster. Unfortunately there are some times where you must take the law into your own hands. It's pretty crappy that Arizona is the only one that is making steps in the right direction.

BigMoosie- glad your OK. I hope that your insurance and the law will give you a hand.

Thanks for all the kind words! Actually about to head out and get the police report and speak to my lawyer friend. Haven't heard back from my insurance company this morning but we did file the claim at the scene.

So she was cited with disregarding a stop sign, no drivers license, and no proof on insurance. She spoke hardly any English. I'm pretty sure the vehicle was not in her name. I'm also willing to bet she's here illegally.

Wow this really shocks me! Living in Arizona its a big issue and we hear about it all the time. However being that I support the law I sometimes am called racist. I'm really glad their are smart people that support it outside of Arizona as it needs to be supported across America!

Sorry bout the KR man! That totally blows *** but hopefully it ends up good for you man

No worries, she'll get off just fine. That's how it works down here in south Florida. Illegal? Law can't touch you. Sucks to hear that problem extends as far north as TN.

Glad you're OK, though. I rolled over 4 times in my last truck, down an embankment. Rough stuff.

Horrible wreck... Glad you're OK. Shame that some have turned this into an immigration issue. I'd chalk it up to bad driver and bad timing. Anyway, good luck on getting top dollar for your property damage. Keep us posted.

Glad your OK! Sorry about the truck though it is a real shame!. Assuming you are right and she is illegal that should never have happened in the first place since she should never have been here. Unfortunate that people who decide to break laws like being an illegal alien hardley worry about breaking basic ones like having a drivers license and insurance.

Glad you were able to walk away from that one!

I'd do everything in my power to make sure that happens, along with any other illegals that may be living with her.

I'm guessing she didn't have any kind of drivers license did she? Hopefully the police arrested her at the scene.

Not sure if she was illegal or not....but yeah no license, no insurance, no english....had two kids in the car with her with different last names....and it might not have even been her car. We'll see what happens. I'll keep you guys up to date. Meanwhile, I'm going to go play some Red Dead Redemption, cross the border, and go ape-****!!!!
