Bilstien 5100 Shocks Backorderd - Replacement Suggestions?
Hey guys,
I need new shocks for my truck and also adding on some 33s with some XD Addicts. After reading this forum I was convinced that the Bilstein 5100 series was the best option for my truck - but they're back-ordered for up to 8 weeks.
All my other parts are in, I just need new shocks and a leveling kit - or is there any other comparable product?

I checked with them today and they said the shocks were backordered until the end of July.

Are you a 4x4 or 4x2? Maybe they still have the 4x2 sets because that's what mine is.
That stinks, looks like Bilstein can't make 'em fast enough. Topguncustomz was the only place I could find them in stock (as long as they weren't mistaken when I ordered) two weeks ago. A local supplier said that, according the Bilstein, there's a worldwide backorder until late July.

Wow, I ordered mine from them on the 28th of May and they didn't say anything about a backorder. Either they just ran out or I'm being taken for a ride. Guess I'll send them an email just to be sure.
Are you a 4x4 or 4x2? Maybe they still have the 4x2 sets because that's what mine is.

I ordered mine on April 22. Got an Email saying worldwide back order till May 15. It's June 9 and still no update. Now you guys are saying they're back ordered till the end of July.

I ordered mine from topguncustomz on May 21st and recieved them on May 28th. I have a 4wd so i guess i ordered them at the right time. Hopefully you can find some soon. I just got them installed and they are awesome!
