Ok all of a sudden one morning my '06 4.6 Started to run terrible.. so today I changed my plugs to NGK and Gaped them with Dielectric Grease and all went ok on chaning them out.. Still tho it runs like crap... rough idle and take off skips and sputters then gains alittle back as you go. The dealership told my #5 Coil was out but my Edge told me #4.. so I changed #5 with a new one and also when I was changing out my Plugs I noticed that #2 and 3 Plugs were loose and the threads on #3 were ruined some along with the Coil being burnt.. So what do you guys think it could be. The Edge is now saying the Crank Position Sensor Code and the Test Not Complete Code.. I cleared them and its not showing the Crank one anymore.
If I remember correctly there were some people with this similar issue, I believe some of them cleaned the throttle body itself. Also have you checked the fuel filter?

I honestly think cleaning the MAF is more important but you have already done that.....I will keep thinking about this one.

Ok I went back up there and with the Truck running we unplugged #2 Coil and it did not make a diff on the truck rough idle.. We unplug #1 and it made a big difference. We then tested the Coil with is one day old anyways and its good with it hooked up and running. So could it be internal?

If you could clarify a little more I will try to help trouble shoot.
Ok #2 Coil pack is brand new.. I took #2 off seperatly from #1. I disconnected #1 and could tell a diff in ideling.. Then I unhooked #2 and no diff in ideling. The Shop put a tester on the coil while it was running and it checked out good and working just like #1 did along with the others. So the wiring should be good and the Coil is good, and the Plug is brand new (installed Sat). Also when I went to remove my old plugs.. #2 was already loose and the threads were ruined and so was the coil.. thats why I got a new one. So do you think it could be a clogged fuel injector?

Yes it did just happen over night.. Can a Injector just go bad or could be clogged.. Can they be unclogged or are they just bad. He used the thing that looked like a Horse Swater thing and when he put it on the Coils the light on top would tick with the current.

Last week i took my truck in and replaced coil 5 which was out and 3 and 4 as well.
And my truck has the same problems you have. let me know what the deal is on yours because i prob have the same

Ok well this morning coming from work I noticed that its better for some reason.. which leads me to think its the injector because of how fast the problem starter and now how its slowly starting to get better. Maybe I got some bad gas some where, or something in my line.. Still no where close to be 100% but better.. Guess Ill just keep driving it around and add another bottle of Fuel Injector Cleaner.
