Replaced CV Axle, still a front end jarring...what now?

I have an 05 XLT 4x4 and about a month ago i'd noticed the passenger side CV boot was ripped and spewing grease

On left turns only, when hitting any small bump in the road, my front passenger side would make a jarring noise like metal on metal.

Other problem I noticed was when hitting bumps on that left front wheel while driving straight, the truck would jump around way more than if i'd hit that bump with my drivers side tire

I contributed this to the broken seal and so I bought a new CV axle and replaced the broken unit

No fix. I'm still getting a major jarring sound on these left turns and the heavy bumps during straight driving still cause the truck to misbehave

The only mod to my front suspension is a 2 inch levelling kit, but the truck hasn't been in for an alignment...would that be cause for it all?

I've checked everything else and it all looks like it's healthy under there, and nothing seems loose when i'm checking by hand...

any advice?

An Alignment would be a start. It sounds like somethings binding up when the suspension cycles.

Check all the bushings, upper and lower control arms, sway bar, shock absorber and check to see that the bump stop isn't missing or damaged.

Wheel bearings seem fine, checked'em out when i pulled the CV shaft. No vibrations at any speed either

I'll go take a look at these bushings, but when i checked'em last week, everything seemed in decent shape

I did notice that a little nub on the passenger LCA is worn down, which I believe is another result of whatever this is. It looks like a steering stop, I'll take some pics in a few mins

Here's the area that I hear the jarring coming from...note in the last picture that the steering stop is worn down much more than the drivers side. I turned the wheels side to side and there is definitely a rub on this side, as opposed to the driver steering stop
