You can't just swap injectors. You will need a tune to accommodate the correct parameters. Unless you've put some significant power adders on your truck - ported heads with cam or forced induction, it's not necessary. If you want to change fuel metering, talk to a tuner.

If you're not tuned for the high flow MAF and CAI, you need to have that done. The routines reported by the MAF are critical to proper fuel metering, load, etc.

Bigger injectors are not going to pump more fuel. The ECU is controlling fuel delivery. The only time you need to put bigger injectors in is with heavy mods when the injectors finally reach the limit.

I got a question. I have a fully functional ram air hood with the filter and added an additional air intake and also made it forced induction. The thing is when I added the intake my truck didn't gain more power and it shuts down when I'm at a red light. I was wondering if it is because with so much forced air through the ram air hood and intake that maybe it needed bigger fuel injectors.

What engine and year? You will not gain anything without a proper tune. Making air and fuel available does not mean the computer is going to use it.

Does all intake air go past the MAF or did you tap in after it?

There's nothing you can do that will need bigger injectors without supercharging or turbocharging it.

It's a 05 f150 5.4. All the intake air goes through the MAF

You are running lean but it has nothing to do with injectors. The MAF gets confused when you modify the intake and you need a custom tune.
