Hesitation or Miss??

Guys I have a weird issue that started a few weeks ago...

Imagine you are coming to a intersection and you are turning, you don’t come to a complete stop but when you proceed as you are starting to accelerate and it feels like it is going to down shift to pick up speed I have a slight hesitation or a miss..It last a split second and then it runs normal. Only happens at this low speed situation...any ideas?

2007 Crew cab 5.4 47K miles.

How many miles on the fuel filter? Have you ever cleaned the MAF? Could also be that the throttle body needs cleaning.

Well it does, but after opening the hood on my truck yesterday and looking...I do not see me taking off TB or changing plugs! I am mechanically inclined but geez...I don’t want to take a chance of messing something up...is there anyone in the Dallas - Ft. Worth area that works for Ford and wants to make some side money?
