no power?

ive got a 05 f150 4.6 ( big mistake) lately been noticing when i punch it i get no response , i know ive got the 4.6 but i dont remeber it being so bad, anybody had a similar prob or any suggesstions

cleaning the throttle body made a huge difference in my 4.6. i love my truck compared to my brothers 5.4. idk, guess its just me.

im going to clean the MAF and the throttle body see if that makes a difference, how would i be able to tell if my cats are clogged

A muffler shop should have an infrared rig to check the cats with. If you have less than 80k on it, the cats are still on warranty.
