1st4x4: I think you just came up with a potentially wildly successful business idea. I imagine drinkable arrangements would be a huge hit for college kids, especially fraternities haha. Yes, I know installing the toolbox should be a piece of cake, but I'm not very tool savvy (not because I don't wish to be mind you). I think it's insanely nice for them to do it for free because although it's not a lot of work, I'm not even buying it from their store. And trust me, I verified both the price and model number AT LEAST 7 different times in the conversation, and the conversation only lasted a few minutes The sales guy probably thought I was crazy, but I wanted to make certain.

freekyfx4: Holy crap that's a lot of weight. I doubt anybody is going to take off with your toolbox, that's for sure. You made me curious how much mine will weigh so I had to look it up. Only 80 lbs for mine but that's because mine is just the aluminum. I'm kind of glad. I don't know how I'd feel with my empty toolbox weighing more than I do haha

Mine is a short bed, and you can see how the corners of the toolbox touch the bedliner. According to Weatherguard, it wasn't supposed to fit the short bed. Obviously, it does.

I finally got my Weatherguard toolbox, and it fits easily with plenty of room to spare.

Thanks for all your help guys. I really appreciate it

Haha, sorry but I plan on keeping the emblems on. I worked damn hard to finally get a Weatherguard toolbox, so I want to show it off. Plus, UWS toolboxes are on like 9 out of every 10 trucks where I live so I like to stand out, and the emblems actually match my truck well. But I'm curious, what do you want them for?
