Help diagnose a problem, possible cam phaser(youtube video)

Damn, is that a diesel??? lol

My GUESS would be that you may need a valve adjustment.... Maybe swing by a dealership or a few good local mechanics and see what they each think

That's the noise mine made when I had to get the cam phasers changed out.

Sounds like the fuel injectors to me. Completely normal.

my 04 makes this sound. knock on wood no problems at 110k.
