Odd grinding type noise

When i'm driving slow sometimes I can here an odd grinding type noise, is also does is sometimes when i'm stopped, wheelbearing and brakes on the front are new and the brakes and axle seals in the back are new. I'm stumped. Sorry I cant give you more info. I cant seem to hear the noise at higher speeds... Thanks!

You say the noise is present even when STOPPED? Possibly a pully bearing somewhere in the serpentine belt path?

Is it a manual transmission? If so, maybe the clutch throw out bearing?

its an auto truck is a 04 5.4 4x4. the noise is present when stopped. but not all the time

It also seems to do it only in gear, not park or neutral. Also sounds like its coming from the brake booster area?
