Pissed off at foxacoustic!!!

Hey I'm very pissed off at http://www.foxacoustics.com/ (FOXBOX), I order on 03/03/2010 they send me tracking number that was never actaved, so I talk to them at Foxacoustics they say they don't know what happen and that they would get back to me, it's been a week and no new tracking numbers our emails these people don't even return my emails our aleast refund me my money!! I'll post there first tracking number they sent me. I should of orderd from Supercrew sound.

I used supercrew sound and was very please with those guys. Very first class.

After about 5 emails they got back to me, they say it will ship today. May be I was to hard on them but it's my money that I sent them.

Maybe they couldn't understand/read your emails. If your posts above are any reflection of your grammar/punctuation skills...well, at least it's finally resolved.

Word of advice (besides the obvious)....The world does not revolve around one individual. Give a business more than a week to resolve a discrepancy before badmouthing them on the internet.....

Anyway... I tell the woman the same thing.
When she has a problem with a company she will send 100 emails to try and fix it and get no where but getting her self all worked up about it.

Then she tells me about it. I call the company and the issue is 9 times out of 10 fixed the same day...

Go figure...

But I guess the world we live in is becoming so impersonal, that we rely on texting, emailing, etc before actually "talking".

Here I am bringing that up yet I'm standing here typing in a message board.
