The heat in my 07 works great, alsmost too great. Once the truck warms up you half to turn it into the blue, almost all the way, for it to not be too hot. I was wondering if anyone had replaced there 3 **** control with a auto climate control like in the mark LTs.
If you have, I would like to know what all is involved, if its a plug and play type thing.

 

its not a plug and play thing. its a whole different system and a lot of work to change over. i looked into it when i had my 06 xlt...now i have an 06 fx4 luxury package that has it and the plugs are different and all

oh yeah from what ive read, its the blend door actuator thats the problem....many here have had it replaced or replaced it themselves and it fixed the issue. just do a search for it on here....i believe theres a write up on it too
