my question is how does that happen at only 59k? With normal driving?

most likely overheating. it does not take long with the torque converter unlocked and your foot to the floor (pushing through snow as you said in your first post). you may want to invest in a temp gauge.

it wasn't much snow anyways and it just came right thru it without any haggle so I don't understand why. I've driven thru more snow and pulled out of spots without a problems.....this thing just really crapped out on me due to barely nothing

Mine did this over the winter when we got a bunch of snow.....since the snow moved out in march i haven't really had an issue with it....i guess maybe once since....when we got a lot of rain.....had a wire stripped under the hood after replaceing that haven't had a single issue with it.....I personally think it has something to do with moisture cause we got tons of snow and maybe some sensor got wet but idk
