At a total lost

I have a friend who has a 04 f150 with a good vibration at 80kmh. Its shakes pretty good.
Here is what we have done.

Changed the following items:
New tie rods
New u joint
New tires
Tires have been re balenced on the weekend.

All this and the shake is still there!!

Totally open to ideas or anyone else who has had this problem.

Thanks in advance

Check to see if the parking brake is dragging. This is a known cause of shaking on these trucks.

Give the driveshaft a good once over. Look for anything that could have put it out of balance. Missing balance weights or a dent are likely culprits.

As Stealth said - look into the parking brake issues. Had this problem on my previous '04 and '05.

Possible a wheel out of round. Were the new tires balanced on a road force machine? If not it might be worth putting an indicator on each one, or having them road force balanced.

Change ball joints? Possible bad bearings.

Is it a 4x4 . Lifted ? Does it feel like its coming from the front or back? What about the upper and lowers ?

I Had the same problem. Mine was the steering rack.
