I’m experiencing the actuator noise problem. Dealer said solenoid is ok and only had time to put new passenger side actuator on yesterday - only to find at closing time that i'm still losing vacuum on that side. he's to resume checking on Monday, but the service writer commented that it might be my after market knuckle (6" lift kit installed). From what i can see, the vac line goes on a nipple on the actuator and not through anything effected by the knuckle. could it be the knuckle (or the knuckle head...hee hee)
