Welcome to the site. For the leveling kit, Most go with the Auto Spring 2-2.5" kit. It seems that if you have 4wd a 2" levels nicely and 2wd, 2.5". Its up to you.

Welcome. Like said above go with either 2 or 2 1/2 inch leveling kit. The 3inch is too much and will put your ball joints etc at too much of an angle and wear fairly quickly

Welcome. And what they said plus the brighter headlights is solve by adding HID's

you will need the entire kit for the hid bulbs to work and don't just try and get higher wattage bulbs because the can burn the housing and or wiring.

There's more than one way to level a truck. Some lift the front, some drop the rear. If you don't care to be tied into running larger tires to compensate for lift, you might look at dropping the rear. It's a thought that hadn't occurred to me when I lifted mine. Beside spacers, Rancho and Bilstein both make front struts with revised spring seat locations that are good for 1"-2" of lift.

Lot of guys will recommend HIDs, but installing a HID bulb in a halogen housing is illegal. Sylvania and PIAA both make brighter halogen head lamps. I'm running the PIAA Extreme White bulbs and more than satisfied with their performance.
